NordPlant will host it’s first annual day 20 November, in Lund, Sweden: “Tech talks for plant phenotyping in the Nordic countries”. On the day before, 19 November, there will be a special meeting for the managers of the respective NordPlant phenotyping facilities, while the main meeting will take place on 20 November 10:00-16:30 in the Blue Hall at the Ecology building in Lund (Sölvegatan 37). This will be an opportunity to to meet scientists in the network and from the agritech industry.
Among the invited speakers are Llorenç Cabrera-Bosquet from INRA Montpellier, Stefan Paulus from University of Göttingen, Stefan Jansson from Umeå Plant Science Center, Rasmus Nyholm Jørgensen from Aarhus University and Uno Wennergren from the AgTech 2030 initiative at the University of Linköping. In collaboration with SLU GroGrund Phenomics we can confirm flash presentations of the following companies: AgroVäst, Cgrain, Heliospectra, Lunicore, SenseFarm, Solvi, Valoya, Videometer and Vultus. Representatives from the Nordic countries will also discuss future needs for regional phenotyping.
